    Cuffs are no match for puddls

    While we appreciate the durability for sliding over rocky surfaces, the pants aren’t our favourite. The cuffs are wide and don’t snug against the boots so leakage while jumping in puddles is a daily event. I do appreciate that the stirrups are adjustable though and that has helped somewhat.

    Super waterproof

    They fit well and are super waterproof. I wish the elastic at the bottom cuff was thicker so it seals against rain boots a little tighter. But overall great rain pants and my kiddos bum stays dry.

    Not for skinny kids

    My kids are skinny for their height. The waist is big and no way to adjust to add suspenders without impacting waterproofing

    I miss that it is

    I miss having elastic to pull under the boots, as well as the option to tighten the waist. Not all children have the same body shape, and if you have a narrow waist, these pants may not fit properly.

    Very big and stretchy on the loose side

    I agree with some of the other reviews that these clothes may run two sizes too large, rather than just one as indicated in the sizing. Additionally, the elastic on the waist and ankles feels somewhat loose. My child is slim, and I'm uncertain if these clothes will be suitable for her. We require pants that are long enough to fit over her rain boots, but also snug enough at the waist to stay up. The elastic on previous pants we've had has been tighter and more stretchy. The elastic on these pants, however, feels somewhat loose and worn (although I don't believe it is necessarily old).
