Thumb too short

The gloves in the correct size (4-6 years) for a 5.5-year-old girl have noticeably short thumbs. The overall length is fine, but the thumb is more suitable for a 4-year-old. As a result, the gloves were returned. However, the overall quality and craftsmanship are excellent.
