If you return your order within 45 days of delivery, you can receive a refund(CA$10.00 stocking fee to be charged) or store credit(no cost.) For orders after 45 days but within 90 days, we will still make sure you receive store credit to use on your next purchase or you can choose exchange. Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
Unless marked specifically as non-refundable or no returns, which are items purchased in the Sample Sale pages or from various discounts & sales, we gladly accept returns, provided that you purchased & received it less than 45 days ago and the item is unused and in its original condition with the tags still on the product. Returns will incur a CA$10.00 stocking fee. We also offer free exchanges on like products or offer store credit for the full amount. On free exchanges or store credit, you will not incur the CA$ 10.00 stocking fee, provided that the products are unused, within the 90-day window, and still have the tags on the product.
Store credit will be issued to you as a gift card that you will receive to your email address that you used to make your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

How much does it cost to return an item?
We charge a flat rate of CA$10.00 for the return delivery of any item for delivery and restocking fees. If you are exchanging an item or receiving store credit, there will be no cost. For returns past 45 days, you will only be able to exchange or receive store credit.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Please allow 2-3 business days from the date on which we receive your return to process and return your payment. If you choose to refund to the original payment methods, it will take 3-10 business days to process depending on your card issuers. However, sometimes, we experience delays throughout this process and are working to get you your money as quickly as possible.
