Our policy is to provide returns for a refunded amount or exchanges for like products or store credit for any order that was made within 45 days. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and not show any signs of damage. Exchanges for like products or store credit are free, returns for a refund have a CA$10.00 return fee to cover the cost of handling and restocking. Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
Unless marked specifically as non-refundable or no returns, which are items purchased in the Sample Sale pages or from various discounts & sales, we gladly accept returns, provided that you purchased & received it less than 45 days ago and the item is unused and in its original condition with the tags still on the product. Returns will incur a CA$10.00 handling fee. We also offer free exchanges on like products or offer store credit for the full amount. On free exchanges or store credit, you will not incur the CA$10.00 handling fee, provided that the products are unused, within the 45-day window, and still have the tags on the product.
Store credit will be issued to you as a gift card that you will receive to your email address that you used to make your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How can I return my item for a refund?

How much does it cost to return an item?
We charge a flat rate of CA$10.00 for the return delivery of any item for delivery and restocking fees. If you are exchanging an item or receiving store credit, there will be no cost. For returns past 45 days, you will only be able to exchange or receive store credit and will be charged the CA$10.00 handling fee.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Please allow 2-3 business days from the date on which we receive your return to process and return your payment. However, we are experiencing delays throughout this process and are working to get you your money as quickly as possible.
